These deep link conveyor chains are available in a wide variety of designs.
We offer deep link conveyor chains in accordance with the FVT (DIN 8165), MT (DIN 8167) en BST. These conveyor chains are available in a wide variety of designs, with or without attachments and different types of rollers.
Besides the different designs, there are various materials possible such as steel, zinc-plated steel, nickel-plated steel or stainless steel in grades SS-304 (1.4301), SS-304L (1.4306), SS-316L (1.4406), SS-316Ti (1.4357).
Material for rollers can be supplied from a wide choice from SS, Delrin, PA-6, HDPE, UHMWPE or any other material based on requirement.
Scraper conveyor chains
SCRAPER CONVEYOR CHAIN
The base of the chain is usually made in accordance with DIN 8165 and DIN 8167 and is composed of inner and outer links, with steel or plastic scrapers (or possibly screwed-on attachments).
The attachments are available in bolted-on or welded-on designs. Chains are available in single and double versions. The mutual bush/pin connections are available in various designs with a circlip, cottered pin or can be supplied riveted.
Depending on the material transported and the high differences that must be bridged, our product specialists can recommend the best scraper chain for the customer.
WATER TREATMENT CHAIN
We have supplied water treatment chains to various OEM’s of Waste water treatment plants, which can be used in the production line of water treatment equipment including transit water treatment, sand grain sediment box, preliminary sedimentation and secondary sedimentation.
We can offer water treatment chains & sprockets in SS-304 (1.4301), SS-304L (1.4306), SS-316L (1.4406), SS-316Ti (1.4357).
Complex alloys steel like Duplex (PREN min 40) and Super Duplex (PREN min 45) can also be supplied on request.
